Lens Website v1

Lens, an early-stage startup exploring a decentralized peer-to-peer internet, needed a website that better reflected the vision of the company.

I redesigned the site to improve the overall visual design and remove inconsistencies across pages, creating a more cohesive and professional experience.

Target Audience

Investors

Prior to the public release of the app, the objectives of the website were to attract investors and educate them about peer-to-peer technology and its various applications. It was crucial to provide adequate information without overwhelming the potential investors.

Strategy

Inform and Educate

The panels are arranged to inform and educate the audience. The first panel states the current problem with the internet and various platforms. The second panel provides a simple solution: the Lumen device. The blocks of text were edited down to be short and concise, no longer than one paragraph. Communicative images improved the cohesiveness of the website, and a short two-minute video with details about the product is available at the bottom of the page.

Lens Community

The last two panels are focused on creating a Lens community by encouraging interested companies and individuals to stay in touch with the Lens team. It also gives a preview of what the company is working towards.
